職位要求：
Requirements:
- 擁有在公共建筑，尤其是綜合體、商業(yè)、酒店和辦公類項(xiàng)目的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 能夠與客戶和項(xiàng)目組緊密合作；
- 熟練運(yùn)用CAD、Photoshop、V-Ray、Revit/BIM和 Rhino Grasshopper等工作軟件；
- 良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)技巧；
- 有上進(jìn)心，努力工作；
- 研究生及以上學(xué)歷；
- 流利的普通話和英語口語及書面寫作。
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in mixed-use, retail, hotel and office projects.
- Able to work closely with clients and the project team.
- Hands-on skills in CAD, Photoshop, V-Ray, Revit/BIM and Rhino Grasshopper.
- Good communication and team skills.
- Self-motivated and hardworking.
- Post-graduate with relevant recognized qualification is required.
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
