To ensure that EAL students are supported in their learning, and expectations are high for student achievement and English language development. Essential Requirements: 1. Upholding the Code of Conduct and Harrow Beijing vision 2. Self-motivated and hard working 3. Well-organised 4. Creative 5.To be able to demonstrate high quality teaching to EAL students 6. Outstanding relationships with students and staff members which promotes excellent classroom discipline and attainment 7. Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and well-being of children. 8. Effective communication and engagement with children and their families. 9. Willingness to offer extra-curricular activities 10. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role 11. Experience of designing and delivering exciting, challenging and personalised lessons 12.
