Key Responsibilities ? Understand needs of clients (ecommerce sellers & warehouse businesses). ? Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. ? Actively identify and pursue sales leads to achieve targets. ? Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients. ? Identify solutions for clients and maximize sales opportunities. ? Participate in sales strategy planning, execution and brainstorm sessions. ? Analyse the service market environment, customer pain points, and requirements and improve service opportunities for giving software solution. ? Provide pre-sale consultation and product education to close deals ? Conduct software presentation / demonstration to clients ? Prepare and review proposals and quotations. Qualifications & Requirements ? Diploma or above, with at least 2 years of sales experience; background in software/IT industry is a strong plus. ? Based in Mexico; own transportation or ability to drive independently is preferred. ? Strong target- and results-oriented mindset, with independent and forward-thinking capabilities. ? Proven experience in prospecting, business development, and conducting both face-to-face and remote negotiations. ? Excellent communication skills and professional work attitude. ? Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, Spanish is a plus. 崗位職責(zé): 1. 了解客戶需求(電子商務(wù)賣家和倉儲業(yè)務(wù)); 2. 制定并執(zhí)行銷售策略以達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo); 3. 積極尋找銷售線索以達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo)。; 4. 與現(xiàn)有客戶保持積極主動的關(guān)系; 5. 為客戶尋找解決方案,最大化銷售機(jī)會; 6. 參與銷售策略規(guī)劃、執(zhí)行和頭腦風(fēng)暴會議; 7. 分析服務(wù)市場環(huán)境、客戶痛點和需求,改進(jìn)服務(wù)機(jī)會,提供軟件解決方案; 8. 提供售前咨詢和產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)以達(dá)成交易; 9. 向客戶進(jìn)行軟件演示,準(zhǔn)備和審核提案和報價。 任職要求: 1. 大專以上學(xué)歷,2年以上銷售經(jīng)驗,有軟件/ IT相關(guān)背景優(yōu)先; 2. 常駐墨西哥,有自己的交通工具或具備自駕能力為加分項; 3. 具備銷售的目標(biāo)及結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具備獨立,前瞻性思維; 4. 必須熟悉企業(yè)潛在客戶開發(fā),面對面和電話銷售談判; 5. 良好的溝通能力和工作態(tài)度; 6. 語言能力:熟練掌握中文、英語,西班牙語為加分項。
