● Solve various technical and quality problems related to machining on site, audit process implementation, guide production, and train operators;
● 工藝、工裝、刀具優(yōu)化改進(jìn)；提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低加工成本，改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)布局；
● Optimize and improve process, tooling and cutting tools; enhance production efficiency, reduce machining cost, and improve workshop layout;
● 推動新技術(shù)、新工藝的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用；
● Implement development and application of new technology and new process;
● 根據(jù)加工和裝配特點，提出產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計建議；
● Propose product design suggestions according to the characteristics of machining and assembly;
● 有效支持國產(chǎn)化項目的實施，跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品樣件的加工
● Support the implementation of localization projects effectively, and follow up the machining of product samples;
● CAD/CAM項目支持
● Support CAD/CAM project
● 支持運營及其它相關(guān)部門，如BM、維修中心等
● Support operation and other relevant departments, e.g. BM and service center.
● 完成部門經(jīng)理以及上級安排的相關(guān)工作
● Complete the related tasks appointed by Department Manager and function leader
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS（學(xué)歷及工作經(jīng)驗要求）：
● 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)
● Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and related majors;
● 3 年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷;
● Over 3 years of related work experience;
● 良好的理論知識和實際經(jīng)驗;
