Customer Successs Manager
Reponsibility:
? You support the Sales Manager in the preparation, creation and follow-up of offers.
? You are responsible for the management of existing customer relationships as point of contact (POC), taking into account technical and economic framework conditions with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction
? You are the interface to the customer in the processing of customer orders and contracts and providing status updates
? You are responsible for commercial support throughout the entire business relationship and are in regular contact with customers assigned to you in consultation with the Sales Manager.
? You work closely with internal interfaces such as engineering, product management, supply chain management and aftermarket service s to support the timely resolution of problems/issues related to product design and/or manufacture
? Collect customer feedback and make process changes to exceed customer satisfaction goals
? Maintain ERP system (Epicor/SAP) with current request, quote and order/shipment related information
? Be available to travel to customer locations, as required
Requirements:
? 3 years prior customer support experience
? You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or technical field, or equivalent work experience
? Prior experience working with customers in a global environment
? You have already gained professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in aviation and / or in the metalworking industry
? We assume experience in dealing with MS Office and ERP systems
Experience with Epicor or SAP is desirable.
? You are customer-oriented, convincing through an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, have a good communication talent, are also characterized by high reliability and work effectively under time pressures.
? You have the ability to interact effectively at various levels within the customer’s organization Fluency in spoken and written English is essential in an international environment; another foreign language is an advantage
? You keep the highest standards of integrity, loyalty, honesty, moral and ethical values

客戶成功經(jīng)理
工作職責:
? 協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理準備、創(chuàng)建和跟進報價。
? 作為客戶的主要聯(lián)系點(POC),負責現(xiàn)有客戶關系的管理,考慮技術與經(jīng)濟框架條件,以提升客戶滿意度為目標。
? 是客戶在處理客戶訂單和合同過程中的接口,并提供狀態(tài)更新。
? 負責在整個業(yè)務關系中提供商業(yè)支持,并與分配給的客戶保持定期聯(lián)系(需與銷售經(jīng)理協(xié)商)。
? 與內(nèi)部接口部門(如工程、產(chǎn)品管理、供應鏈管理和售后支持)密切合作,以支持與產(chǎn)品設計和/或制造相關的問題及時解決。
? 收集客戶反饋,并進行流程改進,以超越客戶滿意度目標。
? 維護ERP系統(tǒng)(Epicor/SAP),確保其中包含最新的請求、報價以及訂單/發(fā)貨相關信息。
? 根據(jù)需要,可前往客戶所在地出差。
崗位要求:
? 3 年以上客戶支持相關工作經(jīng)驗。
? 擁有本科學歷,最好是商務或技術領域相關專業(yè),或具備同等工作經(jīng)驗。
? 有在全球環(huán)境下與客戶合作的經(jīng)驗。
? 在工業(yè)環(huán)境中已積累專業(yè)經(jīng)驗,理想情況下是在航空和/或金屬加工行業(yè)。
? 具備使用微軟辦公軟件(MS Office)和企業(yè)資源規(guī)劃(ERP)系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗。有 Epicor 或 SAP 系統(tǒng)使用經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
? 以客戶為中心,憑借分析性、條理性和解決方案導向的工作方式令人信服,具備良好的溝通能力,以高度的可靠性為特點,并能在時間壓力下高效工作。
? 能夠有效地與客戶組織內(nèi)的各個層級進行互動。
? 在國際環(huán)境中,流利的英語口語和書面表達能力是必不可少的;掌握另一門外語將是一個加分項 。
? 始終秉持最高的誠信、忠誠、正直、道德和倫理標準。
