Assist the institutional lead in updating the study assignment tracking sheet based on the contract signing update form provided by the business department liaison, and support the preparation of SD and PI appointment letters.
Assist the institutional lead in regularly updating the master schedule.
Periodically collect project progress and key metric completion status, and compile reports for the finance department liaison.
Gather final study reports, confirm with the business department liaison that mailing conditions comply with contract terms, and arrange report shipment to clients.
Support the development and optimization of project management documentation, management systems, and processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related fields. Fluency in English with the ability to communicate independently with international clients. Overseas education background is preferred.
Familiarity with systematic drug development studies and regulations related to preclinical efficacy, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and clinical pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, and resilience under pressure.
