崗位職責(zé):
1. Collaborate with business to identify opportunities for enhancing commercial performance and operational efficiency using Analytics and Data Science.
2. Design and implement data engineering pipelines for data retrieval and transformation with optimal data sources.
3. Create insightful visualizations to share the findings from your analytical work with stakeholders.
4. Design and implement robust, secure and scalable AI/ML and LLM-powered solution to improve customer experience and operational efficiency in regulated environment.
5. Ensure data quality, model governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Collaborate with IT teams, business units and stakeholders in agile delivery model.
7. Act as a champion for data science, guiding business users and other analysts on analytical techniques, tools, and technologies.

任職要求:
1. Bachelor (minimum with 5+ year experience) or Master degree (with 3+ year experience) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or any other quantitative discipline
2. Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent.
3. Proven experience deploying AI/ML, NLP and LLM-powered solution in production
4. Strong experience in Python (3.x).
5. Experience with cloud platforms (AliCloud, AWS, Google Cloud..) and their data and AI services.
6. Solid experience of data modelling and data integration techniques.
