1.Analyze market demand and competitor strategies in target industries (oil & gas, energy, chemicals, machineries, skid makers); develop regional/vertical expansion plans.
2.Identify new clients and upsell opportunities, transforming initial contacts into long-term partnerships.
3.Lead direct sales to develop frame contracts with endusers, OEM customers, and enviromental package vendors; train and push distributors to achieve annual sales targets.
4.Coordinate internal resources (technical, product, service) to resolve client challenges and enhance satisfaction/repeat business.
5.Deliver market intelligence reports (industry trends, client needs, competitor moves) to inform R&D and strategy.
6.Represent Yokogawa at industry events (e.g., CIIF, ACHEMA Asia, MICONEX) and forums to elevate brand visibility.
7.Forge strategic alliances with design institutes, engineering firms, and industry associations.
任職要求:
1.Bachelor or higher, Process Automation, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
2.10+ years in industrial automation, instrumentation, or process industries.
3.Familiarity with market dynamics and client needs in 1–2 core industries (e.g., oil & gas, chemical, energy, pharmaceuticals, water treatment).
4.Proven experience in market promotion, sales, or business development for Electromagnetic, Vortex, Coriolis, Rotameter, or DP flowmeters.
5.Fluent English (written and spoken) for global client communication and industry events.
