We are looking for a highly experienced Loudspeaker Development Engineer, who will be worked closely with the New Product Development in designing and developing production-scale, high performance loudspeakers.

As a Loudspeaker Development Engineer, you will mainly be responsible for the following:

- Will be required to work with factories and engineering teams based in China
and America.

- Transducers (woofers, midranges and tweeters) take completed drivers from the advanced development team from Engineering Sample Approval Stage into 1st Mass Production completes. Ensure that the drivers meet all requirements at
each stage.

- Loudspeaker system (finished speakers) responsible for overseeing from drivers Pilot and speaker system DVT to 1st MP completes. Ensure that the systems meet all requirements at each stage of the process.

- Analyze pilot and production drivers and speaker systems, discuss with the NPD team for any issues or corrective actions required.

- Execute acoustical reliability test plans on various transducers and loudspeaker
systems throughout the development process (validation, production).

- Acoustic Quality Assurance: Ensure that speakers meet specified performance,
quality, and sonic signature standards through rigorous testing and validation
processes.

- Documentation & Organization: Collect comprehensive design documentation,
including specifications, test specs, and reports, to facilitate efficient collaboration and product development.

- Consistently adhere to the company product development process and
contribute to team discussion and implementation of improvements to the process.

- Participate in any other New Product Development related activities where
necessary.

- Work with the advanced development team on the initial design and testing of
new drivers. This could include acoustical and magnetic modeling when needed.

To ensure successes as a Loudspeaker Development Engineer, you are expected to have the following:
作為一名成功的揚聲器開發(fā)工程師,你將需要具備以下條件:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acoustic Engineering, Audio Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or a related field
本科或碩士學歷,聲學工程,音頻工程,電氣工程或相關領域
- 8+ years of experience in the design and development of loudspeaker systems
for the consumer market
8 年以上的消費者市場的揚聲器系統(tǒng)設計和開發(fā)經驗
- Experience designing and modeling transducers and enclosures

- Proficiency using loudspeaker design tool such as FINEMotor, FEMM, COMSOL, VituixCAD, etc.

- Experience with loudspeaker test equipment such as Klippel, REW, Clio, Listen, MLSSA, LMS etc.

- Proficiency using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks
熟練使用三維CAD軟件,如SolidWorks等
